Check Freon charge for proper pressure. Checking up the refrigerant level and pressure is imperative. Indications of low-level refrigerant may suggest a leak and thus in need of repair immediately. The lower levels can affect the other parts of the appliances. It can even burn the compressor making the repair costly. It also reduces the efficiency of an AC. They can freeze the evaporator coil.

Clean/wash evaporator and condenser coils. Unclean and polluted parts reduce energy efficiency and cooling capacity of the unit.

Do It Yourself
Save money and buy one of our products and install it yourself. In the present economic climate it helps to save as much as possible, so have a go!
In portuguese law, air conditioners have to be installed by a registered air conditioning fitter. If you feel up to the job and can handle a few tools, you can install the units and have our experienced fitters come to check your installation, finish and sign the job off. The difficult part is the gassing of the compressor, this requires expensive tools and machines. We can do this part for you.
